This is always good to have a golden copy of your system. Then you don’t need to spend time to build your environment. For example, you can clone a VM after installed OS and configure network and prerequisites. Within couple of minutes you VM will be ready for any kind of R&D.
Right mouse click on VM which one you want to clone. From drop down select Clone.
Provide the New Machine Name and Click Next.
Select Full Clone and Click on Clone
Clone process will start
Change Host Name.
Change Network IP for Interface 1.
Change Network Interface / Device MAC Address. Click on Probe button.
After changed MAC address.
IP changes for Network Interface 2.
MAC Address changes for Device 2.
After changed MAC Address
Save and Reboot Network.
